Any language the video has captions in. We keep both the transcript and the summary in the original language.

If a video has no captions in any language, we can't summarize it yet — we don't transcribe audio. Audio and podcast support is coming soon.

Not for one-off summaries — that's anonymous. You only need a (free) account to subscribe to channels and receive summaries by email.
